Divine 9 pregnancy studio is perfect place for pregnacy yoga and weight loss in post partum period. I personally had very nice experience with Dr.Ami and Dr. Shivani. Dr. Shivani guides you through each and every exercise and even plans your diet chart and ‘’Grabh Sanskar’’class by Dr. Ami is just Awesome. I recommend all pregnant and new moms to join divine 9 pregnancy studio.

Hello all, I have attended both pre and post natal sessions at Divine 9. The experience and the result is amazing.. they are working on body, mind and inner soul. It's not typical work out, it's worth to do like this kind of yoga meditation exercising during and after pregnancy. Have attended Garbh sanskar session,too. Each pregnant woman must attend the garbh sanskar journey. I have maintained the physique just the same before pregancy. Strengh and flexibility which I have gained is unbelievable. All appreciation to the hard working doctors - Dr. Shivani & Dr. Amee. I strongly recommended the studio. I am 7 months old baby's mom, and enjoying the sessions.
