We are regular customer of the restaurant for take home packs and we like taste of food. But really sorry to note the complete unprofessional approach of the staff when I went to book banquet hall for one function. Initially they followed up twice for booking and when yesterday night I confirmed booking after due negotiations they refused to book by giving reason that we have some other enquires for the same date and we will revert to you after 2 days.
It is really surprising that at one stage they are about to book and also ready to get booking amount.
This is totally unprofessional approach.
Hope management will take note of this and they may correct it.
