Horrible experience, they spoiled the cake and it was not done the way we told. Horrible customer service. Greedy people. Earn and eat don't cheat people. They chargers more and it's too much.. we could buy a better cake than this for their price. Wearing good uniforms and opening a showroom people cheat. Very much disappointed. They don't even deserve 1 star also. Earn in a good way.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I was treated rudely by the front desk staff on call at Prahladnagar outlet. Some Parvat Chauhan was there and was very very unprofessional. He was completely unaware and was having zero knowledge of what range of stocks/hampers/products are currently available/unavailable at his shop. When I pointed out his wrong attitude,he even gave us a rude answer. Dangee Dums, being a so much good brand should not allow such absurd behavior at their premises or must hire people with professional etiquettes. Highly disappointed this time.
