During my interactions on a global freelancing platform, I encountered an employee of this firm named G. Nirali.

Unfortunately, I found her to be unprofessional and exhibiting an unwarranted level of attitude. While I initially rejected her proposal, I later reconsidered and accepted it. However, I was met with an outburst of frustration from her, as if it was I who had solicited her services for my website.

Such behavior from an employee reflects poorly on the company's image and may hinder its growth, as evidenced by the negative reviews it has received. Developing the ability to effectively interact with people is a fundamental skill that can greatly benefit the organization.

Most important thing for any work is an environment. I think they don’t know the word environment properly. Please IT community move forward and help our little friend to become good company who knows how to treat an employee.

1. In hand salary and actual CTC memes is perfectly suit on this company. And if you join this company please ask to send HR policy because they are updating from last 4 to 5 years. So you need a proper time to read HR POLICY????.
2. Worst management there is no any kind of extra activity. Only work work and work of you want to become machine please come cybercom they all are know how to make machine from the human.
3. No any kind of appreciation of the existing employee and take the feedback from the employee which is on notice period so how can he/she candidate will know his/her feedback is taken for granted or not.
4. And main thing once you put resignation you will become the most powerful enemy.
5. so much politics in the management and there is no any proper workflow because they actually don't know what are latest technologies running in the market.
6. So my personal advice who read this comment please don't go in this third quality company because your future become totally finished totally dead if you join this worst company
7. Last but not the least is Google have options to give minus rating so i want to give if any one have know please let me know.
