Front dest travel guides are very arrogant , lazy ,not service freidly and never take intrest in your trip. They never call back and never send quotation. I think this company is good but its travel guide staff girls are running its business for sure. Yes i have recently last experience with a girl named exactly jott remember bt shah mauli ya name start with m and she is into international guide. ((40001403-- her number, she wrote on card) I inquired for bali trip and she got angry twice or thrice for some of my genuine concerns . Anyway you can try at some other company wher you get proper guidance and customer friendly approach . Thanks

My mom went for Europe trip with Cox and Kings.
They skipped many destination.
Time management is worst.
Tour manager lalit has very bad tone with passengers.
No proper itinerary is being shared with passengers
Hotel selection are worst.
Hotel reservation are changed at last moment.
A lot of mismanagement which makes ur life time experience and money horrible.
Should definitely not travel with them to Europe for sure.

People and time are wrongly managed
Definitely should avoid Cox and kings
