Visited this theatre today. Their seating is really good. I loved their sound quality and picture quality too. Would definitely love to visit again.

Seats are TORED and no manners by the staff how to speak with the customer, they are rude. Washrooms are the worst and smelling like railways toilets. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE EVEN FREE. There is no negative rating else you get -5.

I had pathetic experience with this theatre. I booked 3 tickets via bookmyshow and paid extra Rs.68 to get Lounger Seats. When I came for the movie, the cushion on the back of the seat is totally tored, when I approached the staff member, they told me, 'what we can do, how we can repair' and asking me to change the seat or refund. I refused it and felt very bad with the 1st time experience here. I strongly feel that the attitude of the staff needs to be changed because if you're going there for the 1st time with family or friends, they don't care about anything and ask you to do what they want.
In short, PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

First of all clean your washrooms.

Don't buy lounger tickets (first seat).
Screen clarity is not good.
No seating area for waiting.

1 star is only for they are not running too much ads like other cinemas.
