I ordered two products. one product I received right but for the second one, I received completely different product. and for the product I received what I ordered was of not a good quality. it was bleeding like any thing and in the first wash itself, it became like a rag. and for the second product, I received a different product so I returned it and did not exchange it for the product I wanted. I received the credit back in my wallet I tried to withdraw the same in my bank account but it showed some error and amount not got transferred to my bank account neither it is being shown in my wallet. I called up their customer care a number of times and every time they accepted that they can see the amount in my account and the issue will be resolved in 48 hrs. its been more than 6 months but the issue is not resolved yet.

its very poor service. its fraud company . not provide parcel on time .today its my more than 15 days but parcel not received . every time delay of parcel.i suggest you everyone please dont purchase any product in this website.
