I recently had the opportunity to visit Ahmedabad Railway Station BRTS Kalupur, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the railway station itself is large and bustling, it lacks a satisfactory waiting hall for passengers.

Upon searching, I found one waiting hall available, but to my surprise, I had to pay 54 rupees per hour to utilize it. This additional charge for a basic facility like a waiting hall was an inconvenience, especially for passengers who may have been waiting for an extended period.

To make matters worse, the condition of the waiting hall and its amenities left much to be desired. The washrooms were in a poor state, with malfunctioning flushes. This lack of proper maintenance reflects poorly on the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the facility.

The seating arrangement inside the waiting room was also subpar. The sofas were dirty and unclean, which made for an uncomfortable seating experience. Moreover, the walls of the waiting rooms were visibly dirty, and the switches on the walls were coming loose, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and attention to detail.

In addition to these issues, the waiting room itself was quite small, which may have contributed to overcrowding during peak hours. This limited space could be a significant inconvenience for passengers seeking a comfortable and spacious area to wait for their trains.

Overall, my experience at Ahmedabad Railway Station BRTS Kalupur was very disappointing due to the lack of a well-maintained waiting hall. The additional charge for using the waiting hall, coupled with the unsatisfactory condition of the washrooms, dirty seating, and cramped space, made for an unpleasant experience. I hope the authorities take note of these concerns and work towards improving the facilities and overall experience for passengers in the future.

Good facilities for buses, Rickshaw etc. They have there own lane to drive. Attractive red colour building. I came here for interview. Finally i loved this place. # AG9
