Wonderful and amazing store superb service by the staff hazelnut cold coffee one of the best hazelnut coffee tasted so far , Kawa is also amazing and one must drink in cold winters

Basically I went to that cafe and simply asked for black coffee as I get allergic reaction if I have milk products from outside.
I specifically mentioned about not having milk in my coffee since it’s black coffee.

Gentleman on the counter served me a coffee with milk in it. I explain I don’t need coffee with milk, he advised me, that this sachet does not have milk in it, all I did was emptied sachet and put hot water in it. I clearly mentioned there is milk in it and I am allergic to milk. He refused to listen and kept on saying there is no milk in it and trust him.

Eventually I started bloating in my stomach. When I did I asked him to show me ingredients and he refused to give me.

All I am worried is what if someone’s allergy is serious to milk. This people will kill them!!.

Please educate them as I tried my best to do so.

Very nice service ...good new variants ,fusions of tea , I tried 4 variants and liked each one of them ????☺ one Must definitely try it
