worst service experience ever. su a hopeless service by bmw gallops Ahmedabad dealership. this was second time i have faced this type of experience at this dealership.
i had got the new 6 series 630d get last year and that time they gave the car with faulty wipers so I had to send the car to their workshop and even at that time i had no call or message of my car being recieved or even delivered back to me , at that time i was shocked to see a big scratch on the bonnet which they accepted was their fault but they did nothing about it.

now my car just went for yearly service and this time the experience was even more shocking as again i had no call or any kind of message from the dealership of what work has been done or my car has left after service. i recieved the car around 9:30 pm and shockingly it was full of mud and stains on outside and from inside there was pan masala (gutka ) all over driver seat and arm rest and back passanger seat footmats with mud inside and once again they had managed to scratch the bonnet with even bigger Scratch which was very shocking .

main problem with this dealership is their monopoly in the city and hence such a careless and hopefully attitude towards the customers.

i humbly request BMW India to open up a second delearship in Ahmedabad to make better customer service experience and support.

I am Chhavi Jain staying at Rajkot currently.
I was interested in buying a white Jeep compass automatic that was at bmw Ahmedabad showroom.
I talked to Mr Shekhar and travelled all the way from Rajkot to Ahmedabad on 1/7/23.
We had a discussion where the executive asked us for 12.75 and we presented our negotiation to 12.50 lacs.

We were told by the executive Mr Shekhar that he will call us by Sunday morning 2/7/23 and get back on the deal.
We told him that we are interested and wanted to finalise just that it was a Saturday and we believed to kot give the token on a Saturday so we said pls see if the deal works and Sunday call us and we will make the payment.

We did not get the call on Sunday morning. By afternoon we called up the executive and were told that the car stands sold.

He informed us that the CEO of the showroom has some contacts and in his acquaintances the car is sold.

This was very disappointing and unprofessional.
If the deal was already made then he should not have asked us to come and visit the showroom and see the vehicle.
Our time and money both were waisted for no reason.
This is not appreciated and not expected from a professional and esteemed brand like yours. We had a very unpleasant experience.
