Literally the best store ever.
Had a wonderful experience shopping from there.
Pros- The staff is extremely sweet and the manager is really well spoken. I didn’t know my foundation shade and the first shade he gave me was the perfect match. Excellent knowledge and service I must admit.
Pac as a brand is definitely underrated and I wish more people use it. Their HD foundation is to die for. Their lip paint palette is supremely travel-friendly and long lasting.
Cons- the only issue with any store at CG road is parking. Do not go during rush hours, prefer 11am-5pm to avoid parking issues.

I visited yesterday,
And showroom was awesome but one of the staff member was so rude . I liked one concealer and I checked price online and he got mad and saying me to buy it online , he was saying , you can’t check price , I didn’t meet anyone like you here in my shop no one does it he said.
Seriously.!!!! He was i think manager i guess bcz he was behaving like this and has some ego issue and kept saying about their showroom bla bla bla . I was saying please stop as I don’t have a time but he was not stopping and saying saying and started lecturing
I said I am a client and I have a rights to check it online price that doesn’t mean , I can’t come to store for visit
Obviously, if i will get it online cheaper then i can go for there but if I can get it in same price then I can buy it from store
Short and simple!!!
Every client has rights to check everything before buy
Staff can’t say , you can buy it online and I didn’t argue that why you guys selling higher rate . It’s my rights to check or not.
That’s not their matter to enter in.
They have opened the showroom to show their products with a good attitude without talking rudly.
I lastly did not argue and just went out bcz I don’t like to talk much with this behaviour as they had their showroom ego.
Such a worse experience i had.
In my personal experience, I would like to say please go to another branch than cg road one

I am a doctor and recently started using makeup, this is the best brand I have tried ever!!! Trust me one can never go wrong with these products..super happy with the products:) even if you’re a beginner go to this place and meet Mr.Vatsal, the best guide and person I have ever met.!! Building up my whole kit now with PAC !!
