Very rude behaviour of driver and person who operates from there office. They don’t deserve to be in service industry. I would have given them a negative rating if I had an option.

Please don’t waste your money by choosing your bus ride with Bhagyalaxmi travels.

A very worst experience.
There was a break down failure in the journey from vadodara to pune, Near to vapid. No proper response from the driver and conductor for the estimated repair time and also no alternative arrangement made for the passengers.
In lieu I managed on my own for the onward journey, due to which it took much more time to reach pune and need to spent extra money apart from the travel booking.
I am chasing to get the refund, but no proper response is envisaged.

Travelled Ahmedabad to Pune.
Seats are good and clean.
Mumbai stoppage should be reduced. Too much time spent in mumbai journey.

Customer care representative calling and messeging on whatsapp for providing rating and review that was worst part.

Sometime sockets for charging working sometimes not.

One good things you will have partition for your seat so you get less disturbed than other buses.
