Tremendous job Bankofindia. Today one of my friend visited New cloth Market branch, Ahmedabad. The executive there told that if you are unable to understand your loan statement then why don't you pay it once and for all. Dear #boi are you not taking interests and is this the way you treat a customer. In the loan statement you have deducted more amount then promised and when she mailed there were no reply. After this she have done a great mistake by visiting that branch. Is this the way #bank_of_india treats their customer, then I am suggesting everyone not to collaborate with #boi.
