In ahmedabad u can find hundreds of dosa varieties however balan is one such dosa brand which has the consistancy in the taste and quality that u cant find it anywhere else.
Balan special dosa is overly loaded with amul butter which is heaven for butter lovers.
Paper dosa has got that one flavor that enhance your taste buds and melts in your mouth.
My all time favorite dosa.
