This place has a unique way of making a masala bun with special mirch!!
They add sugar in the chilli by making a one slice into it which is very unique!!
Masala bun is very tasty, they use fresh vegetables and perfect combo with their special mirch!!
Must try!!

Unique food item - Masala bun mirchi.It was very tasty.You will not find this item anywhere in Ahmedabad. It's a road side shop at Girish cold drink cross roads. Though it costs too much ₹ 50/-.But worth to visit once.I recommend to visit this place at least once for its unique food item.

This place is one of a kind. It's very unique that you won't find food item like this anywhere in the world.

Yes, I am talking about 'BABUBHAI NA MASALA BUN MIRCHI' It's very old and renowned on CG Road. First he was used to sell this on footpath having small stall opposite to Municipal Market of CG Road. Now he is at Girish Cold Drink Cross Road having his own shop.

This food item has very unique taste so I can't bet that everybody will like it. But I can assure you one thing that you will feel atleast that you had tried something new and unique. Those who like it's taste are the lifetime customers of this place.

So what's unique in it? It has an unique tasty tangy & spicy masala served in the muskabun. But what enhances it's taste is that STUFFED MIRCHI. Yes If you eat the muskabun alone you probably won't like the taste. But STUFFED MIRCHI along with MASALA BUN will make a deadly combination. Definitely a thing to try. Go for it. Also they have Jain options.
