Had a really bad experience about second service. I was told that the service package would include everything and we will get 0 Rupees bill on every service. But in the second service they sent me a bill of Rs 2700 claiming different parts needed service and were not included in the package. I feel like I am being cheated by Volkswagen. Will not recommend anyone to buy VW cars. Cheaters. Pathetic.
