Wow. I cannot say enough wonderful things about ashtang yoga school. I was introduced to this amazing place through their Absolute Beginners class, and felt such a strong connection immediately. I had experience with yoga in the past, but always found it very intimidating, disconnected and a bit cliche - ashtang yoga is the complete opposite.

The small classes, comforting energy, and holistic approach, is what keeps me coming back. Leslie's knowledge about the history of yoga, and the human body is extensive, and enlightening. The small classes allow each student to receive the patience and attention they may need. I highly recommend trying out the restorative yoga session, if you haven't already.

I was searching for a way to connect my spiritual journey, with the body that is carrying me through this earth - and I have found that connection in asthang . I learn something new in every single class, and always leave feeling refreshed and renewed. I would recommend ashtang Yoga to absolutely anyone, and everyone.

Joined Ashtang 2 months back. Great to be here due personal attention, proper guidance, friendly atmosphere, fun loving teacher who has great knowledge, gives lessons as per ones physique and health requirements. Three cheers for Gautam ji.

Indeed it's a excellent place for yoga as well as meditation. I had severe migraine problem. But after starting yoga class with Sir Goutam,within 2 months I was completely free from headache. More than that my knee pain,back pain all these are almost gone from my body. More importantly...Sir Goutam giving equal attention at a time to each and every person. This is a special quality of him.
