Should have given ZERO star but unfortunately Google doesn't have that option.
My wife was suffering from eye infection, so I called up the clinic and asked if the doctor is available. I was told that the doctor is present till 8:30 PM.
I drove from Shahibaug with my 3-year old and my wife, and then the person on reception says the doctor can't take my case since he has to leave early. We got depressed and came out, only to find that the boy who came after us was taken in for checkup.
When I asked, "Why did you allow him and not us", we were told "He is the doctor's neighbour."
So this is a doctor who checks purely on merit of personal relationships with patients and not the faithfulness of parents. My wife stayed around the clinic before marriage and she never faced any issue.
Also, doctor, if you are reading this: Your reception staff has no empathy at all - we have experienced it more than a couple of times. If you can't help a patient it is fine but don't make them feel guilty.
