I have completed 200 hours of Yoga TTC from Antyodaya. I have had an amazing experience. All the teachers are very supportive. I have learned not only asanas but anatomy, yoga philosophy and spirituality. I have gained much more confidence. For those 45-50 days, Antyodaya was my second home. Thank you to all the teachers.

I started my yoga in antyodaya with lots of mental and physical problems.
Slowly all complications started to ease out & finally all of them were eliminated.
This elimination helped to increase my self confidence & enhanced my focus, dedication and concentration towards yoga which was one of my dream.
Avdhesh Sir's spiritual philosophy helped to strengthen spiritual beliefs & changed the perception to see the life as it comes peacefully.
Khyati ma'am, Puja ma'am, Amrita ma'am & Dharmesh sir also helped & supported fully during my ups and downs during YTTC journey in Antyodaya. I started smiling ???? whole heartedly.
I am heartily thankful to all my gurus at Antyodaya which escorted me towards my destination (i.e. YTTC). Each & every moment was unforgettable, unbelievable, knowledgeable & enjoyable.
It's not an end, as Journey still continues.

While there are many Yoga training centres in the City of Ahmedabad, what makes Antyodaya different from others is the most authentic, holistic and life-changing yoga training imparted by them. I feel blessed to have selected this Centre for my TTC 200 Hrs course and strongly recommend Antyodaya to anyone who looks forward to their Mental‚ Physical‚ and Spiritual Wellbeing through the path shown by great Sages.
