Gave my bridal blouse for stitching. There was an issue with the fit which was a major one as it was on the front part of the item and was a bridal blouse. Went twice for trials and also ater 4-5 trials, in one day, with prompt service by tailor trying to work things, the issue was not solved and after third trial they came with the reason that, blouse material is soft so nothing much is possible.

The thing, I felt they could have been done was to consult with the main designer Miloni Shah if the customer is insisting on possible solutions to the problem coz how can the same material have perfect fit on one side and the other side faces a basic issue that isn't fixable.

Also, if nothing is possible atleast offer ccompensation for not being able to deliver the right product. I went to th designer boutique for a blouse stitch by the name of the Main Designer, and atleast if such an issue arises, the team should be able to consult her.

One of the best places in the country for women's wear . Bridal ,other occassion as well as daily wear casual . Style and balance of the owner is fabulous .

Employees have no knowledge! Extremely arrogant even outside their shop! You should always avoid this place.
