This was our first tour of Karbala and Najaf ... The experience was good... The entire tour was smooth... Our tour co-ordinator... Young but quite resourceful and was always there in control and in contact with all the people in the group...
The stay at the hotel was quite good at Karbala with amazing facilities at Hotel Karmel.... After Such an experience Najaf was a bit daper.... The Hotel in najaf needs improvement.. But it was not bad..... A bit more man power and a wee bit bigger and better rooms.....
Obviously we would have preferred to stay in the Faize e Husaini property but as the tour was planned and marketed.... Am satisfied....
They also provide accommodation at the Faize facilities in a different package..
I had my mother in law travelling and to move her arround in a wheelchair was not easy but facilities were such that it went very smooth....

Worst experience, paid for Faiz stay for my family and then they forced us to stay in a filthy and stinky hotel, the staff itself told us that these bedsheets had not been washed since they were purchased years ago, and no one even considered listening to our complaints during the KUN Safar.

After Safar, I requested a refund of a specific amount paid for Faiz's stay, but they stopped responding and have yet to refund a single penny.

If you're planning a trip, consider booking with Faiz or another tour company rather than Al Anwar.

Worst experience......
Management was too pathetic
The tour leader was tooo Rude.......
Please never ever book tour with them they
make all wrong commitments kind of cheaters.....
