@airindia since yesterday I spend my total 4 hours 16 Min on With Air India Team Still Didn’t solve My Problem. My problem is Just Because of them app glitch I got wrong Ticket now they are Blaming Me I can Prove They Have Glitch in app I took Screenshot which I have so respons

I was checked in but missed my flight due to circumstances out of my control. The staff here were very friendly with me when speaking to me in public, but always wanted me to speak with them in their back office. There, they said completely opposite things to me (regarding e.g. how much it would cost to change my ticket, and whether or not I could take photos of my boarding passes). They became very aggressive, even hitting my broken arm. When I asked for a complaint form, they only gave me a form in Gujarati, watched over me as I wrote it, and then handed it to the specific person I was complaining about! Unsurprisingly, I haven't received a response from them regarding my complaint.

Worst service ever. No answers on phone call. They just sent us email that your flight has been canceled. We tried to contact them but call center guys pick up phones and they know nothing. They couldn't help us with cancelled tickets. Do not use Airindia.
