Had a pathetic and very unprofessional experience with your metro service.
On 28th may, all the passengers were asked to deboard at Vijaynagar metro station. The staff told that there is some technical problem and another train will come soon.
It was raining heavily so everyone waited patiently.
But the train never came and we were informed later that the train is running only from Motera to Vijay nagar.

Be it a rainy day or not, this is very unfortunate and unprofessional to misinform the passengers and to run the train only half way.
I had missed my train from Kalupur due to this negligence. Requesting GMRC to provide correct information.
