I had consulted Abha Thakkar for my weight loss and would like to mention that she had very carefully customized and planned my diet. As a result I lost 10 kgs of weight. Firstly she understood and analyzed my life style and eating habits and then accordingly planned my diet. Body Measurements were taken on weekly basis and accordingly she gave the diet plan for that week. She was always available if I had any questions and would explain me in very simple ways. The diet plan was such that you can easily follow it and didn't require any fancy or expensive food items. It was planned according to food items mostly available in our kitchen. If you are looking for a Nutritionist I definitely recommend Abha Thakkar.

I am very much satisfied with the nutritive plan, and most important thing is plan was very easy to prepare and fulfilling diet plan. Plan was completely nutritive which helped me to reduce my weight and inch loss without any side effect on hair fall and dullness of skin.
