Happiness Yoga is a place to come and relax as well as improve your flexibility and much more! I am so so happy that i found out about this place because it helps me almost everyday to gain energy and get a good workout. I have started since 3 months n feels very very relaxed n calm n yes loose weight also….atmosphere here is wonderful….Tutors here is good n though it’s group yoga they are taking personal care… I must say best alternative of gym????????

Its great experience with A & S yoga studio , Suraj and Animesh sir both r very good and nice all the time , give personal attention to each student, feel very comfortable all the time, yoga helps me to improve my flexibility , also improves my mental and Physical health …Really feeling great after each session.
