Very unprofessional company. We have been their customers for the past 5 yrs without any complaint.. however, over the past yr they refuse to respond and handle customers very poorly. They quote one rate on phone and hype the rate on email. It took me 3 months to get a quotation from them this time and they say after that they have a 20 days delivery lag time even after they have product ready. We have now found another supplier and have stopped working with them. Dheer Kapoor and Yagnesh were the people we have been in contact with this yr. Very unprofessional people

Highly unprofessional behaviour from owner and sales staff. I have been a loyal customer to aarkay for a long time now but really upset with their way of handling a loyal customer. I had to follow up for a month to get a PI from them.

Very disappointed.

I saw a retail pack of sugarcane juice at a friend's place but surprisingly when I called their office they said that even their retail pack is not being sold in Gujarat or more surprisingly they do not sell to any retail outlet in Gujarat
