Just visited their shop. First I went to their other location. A 4 ft tank was quoted at Rs 14000. Because shop's ambiance was not upto the mark, I went to this location. The owner quoted price of the same tank at Rs 15000. I came to know that it was a used tank. Their collection is not the biggest.
I was ready to pay Rs 14000. I told them that I am first time customer who came from kilometres away. At least appreciate that. He said "it doesn't matter how far you came from. My supplies come from China. I don't care". Like , really??? Why are you still in business? First go and learn how to talk to a customer.
One of the most arrogant and argumentative owner I have come across. He would go to any limits to prove that you're wrong and he is right.
No. I wouldn't recommend due to arbitrary prices and below poor customer service. If you don't value your customer, you don't belong in market.
