This is our true and honest feedback..

We recently got married and wanted to travel to bali for our honeymoon. We were checking with various travel agencies for our trip itinerary.
While we were in search for the best one, we received call from Tushar, from TrueBlue Travel. He asked our requirements and showed keen interest in supporting us in our travel.
As we were planning for a long vacation of 12days, we wanted a hassel free trip which included luxury stay and best mode of transportation between sites.Tushar was quick to provide us the itinerary which included all the famous tourist attractions in bali along with entire car for the transportation in an affordable price. All the stays, booking and other facilities provided were of way higher than our expectations.

True blue made our bali trip the most memorable one. We highly recommend the True Blue agency for any further travels.

This is my genuine feedback to True Blue travel for my 7 days vacation in Dubai.

I would give them a 4 start rating. Pros and Cons are below -
Pros -
1) Genuine and legitimate travel agency. Trustworthy
2) Since beginning Anu was very active and prompt in communication and providing us quotations. This saved our lot of time in planning.
3) She provided us guidance on all the travel related queries. And all the best coordination she gave throughout the trip.
4) Hotel references she had provided was not satisfactory. I would suggest not to to choose hotel grand excelsior. That was worst hotel experience we had. Best hotel anyone want to choose when going from india is taj exotica. Wonderful exp we had in terms of service and assistance.
5) Drivers were polite and were always on time. Cars provided for travel were in very good condition. Except the driver for our abu dabi tour who I believe was not from Travel Blue. But he seemed to be unprofessional in driving and misbehaved as well. Earlier he was dropping us at road side instead of hotel gate then when we asked to drop us at hotel he first choosed to drop some
Other person and let us sit in traveller.
6) Driver came to pick us at airport and other transfer mt khalid was very polite and helpful.
Cons -
1) For all the site seeing, ticket category was bought without proper consulting. We expect agents to provide us description and category of tickets available before buying it for us.
2) As we were at our honeymoon trip. We were not provided any special arrangement in hotel as well as from company side.

However, lastly would like to Thanks Anu and Travel Blue for all the Hard work and making our trip a success.

Outstanding Experience with True Blue Travels!!

I’ve been travelling from quite some time now and I prefer to do my own research and bookings all by myself.

The only reason I made an exception this time for my Kashmir trip is HEENA - one of the most genuine and knowledgeable travel advisor I’ve ever met. She really knows the destinations in India & abroad very well and is really receptive to any customization requirements. She did an excellent job in recommending all hotels and planning our 6 day itinerary. She was patient enough to help me with my endless queries and was highly responsive even during off hours. And last but not the least, they will give you the best possible deal in market.

We had an amazing time in Kashmir. All our hotels were 10/10 - in terms of location, food, service and comfort. The driver arranged by Hina for our trip was really professional and showed us some beautiful local spots while driving us around.

I’m really impressed by Heena as she was available 24*7 during our entire trip and was kind enough to follow up with us every other day to check if we are comfortable or need any assistance.

THANK YOU so much for the wonderful experience.
Me booking another trip (Dubai) with you guys is a true testimony that you are doing an outstanding job.
