ATTENTION SCAM, this is not an official tourist office. The Ministry of Tourism is located a few meters away and has a large sign in front of the door. The team of this travel agency is very unfriendly, they pushed us to overpriced offers and train tickets and stated that there were no other options, but in retrospect it turned out that this was not true. Conclusion, not a tourist information center but a travel agency that pretends to be such and sells overpriced offers. Before you buy something, think about the offer and look for alternatives.
We canceled our completely overpriced train tickets afterwards and got a part back. However, the men were very unfriendly.

ATENTION SCAM. TOURIST TRAP. I have been approached by many people on the street and led here. The tours are way too expensive and non refundable at this office. Any normal booked train ticket is refundable. When I wanted to cancel the train ticket I was insulted and violently thrown out of the office.
Go to the official tourist information, they do not book anything for you, but support you how to book by yourself, that you pay normal prices, like any local.

We are a family of five and had a wonderful three day trip with this company! Everything was just as described, with minor changes along the way as is to be expected when you can decide how long you stay at each place and have a say in what to see and what not. Wonderful driver, wonderful guide in Agra and a very nice Hotel in Jaipur. The price was very good compared to what we had seen on many of the booking websites and we are very happy that we didn't opt for the DIY trip we intended to take.. :)

Ask to be driven by Ram, the driver, he is very helpful, knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, loved by our children - over all - super nice!!

Our tour guide in Agra, named Sumit, was very professional, knowledgeable and nice.

Don't listen to reviews from people that didn't even experience their services - who write a review based on other people's reviews - most of whom have not either purchased their services. It's beyond me! Of course they have people luring you in, push you, exagerate and tend to oversell - you're in India - that seems to be the name of the game!
