Absolute brilliance, killer stuff, addictive indulgence are a few adjectives which I could use to describe this place.
So I went to this place on a Sunday night post 10 PM with a craving for some non veg fare and Oh Boy! I was taken on a stormy ride of flavours! I ordered a Mutton Biryani and wasn't excited when I saw it or took the first handful of rice, but then I saw the mutton along with some thick gravy beneath the rice. This hinted me to mix up that gravy along with the rice and tried to break up the piece of mutton and then began my ride. As I dived that gravy mixed rice and mutton I was simply blown away by the flavours, spicy but not too much, sweet and savoury umami from the onion based gravy and the succulent mutton, altogether gave me an umami rush and I couldn't stop eating until my stomach was full, which was the only sad part of the meal because my tongue was certainly asking for more.
Along with this brilliant biriyani I had a lemon soda which again was a bliss to sip after every two or three bites of the Biriyani. Towards the middle of my meal I felt that the quantity wouldn't be enough so I asked for a half fry along with an appam. By the time the expected half fry arrived I was feeling full so cancelled the order for appam. I was a little disappointed when I saw an omlette instead of a half fry but it looked well fried along with green chillies and onions and was very tempting, and as I dug into the omlette I was absolutely thrilled and my disappointment of not receiving a half fry vanished into thin air.
I insisted for a gravy along with the Biriyani despite the chef assuring me that there was gravy in the Biriyani along with the mutton and he happily obliged and I was more than satisfied with the gravy and service.
The only sad part was that I couldn't click any pictures but that also gives me the chance to go back soon.
I left thanking the manager for the food but couldn't thank the chef but I'll fulfill this task on my next visit.
Thanks once again to the entire team for the brilliant meal.
Anyone wanting to have an absolutely addictive and tasty non veg fare should surely visit this restaurant without an iota of doubt. ????????????
