When you visit Starbucks, your expectations are high as you would be paying more for a cup of coffee and eatables. You pay more for the experience, taste and convenience.

This is the worst outlet of Starbucks among all the outlets I have been to till date.

I would not like to comment on the positives of this outlet in this review.

To start with, the staff was very unfriendly and confused. They took 15 mins to take the order as they were not sure about the product code I was asking for. They made me stand at the counter for a while. They charged me for some other product which was costlier than the one I was asking for.

Coffee was not at all good. Believe me, cold coffee wasn’t cold at all. I was having room temperature coffee. I asked multiple times to put some ice cubes into the coffee.

One of the staff member was quite rude. Overall, the experience was very bad. They should do something to improve this outlet. Else, this outlet is perfect to put dirt on this brand which is my favourite for having coffee.

We liked our experience at this Starbucks location. We visited on a Saturday evening. In the US, Starbucks is considered as the usual, run of the mill coffee, without much refinement. So I didn’t have high expectations going in to this location here. But we were pleasantly surprised.

We got a cappuccino, a red velvet cake and a Dutch truffle cake. The cappuccino was warm, and the cakes were sweet and savoury, just how we had wanted them to be. The froth in the cappuccino wasn’t overkill, so that was great too.

It wasn’t crowded, and there were tables available on both the ground floor as well as on level 1, which is accessible by stairs. The service was prompt, and the coffee menu and the food menu were quite exhaustive.

We especially appreciated the warm smile of the server who brought our food to the table. This Starbucks is located very close to Taco Bell in Connaught Place, and has a welcoming and warm vibe to it.

I’ll be back here for coffee and savoury snacks whenever I’m in the Connaught Place area. Keep up the good work!

This Starbucks is located at the heart of Delhi city. Also the ambience us quite satisfying in it's own way. Tried White Moccha and Java Chip. A bit cluttered since the billing and stirring area is divided by temporary barriers. Staff is courteous. Wonderful experience.
