As a small business owner, I know it it the people that truly make a difference. From walking in the door, this hotel is exceptional. All the staff are concerned about the guests experience and their concerns is genuine.
The spa facility is excellent and is definitely worth visiting. All the restaurant managers are at the top of their game.
As a seasoned traveler who is on the road 8 months of the year, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!
Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Must Visit. Had a perfect leisurely experience ????????

The rooms are okay, its clean and has most amenities, although we expected a bit more for the price we paid.

The food is okay. There are two restaurants and one bar, although we were too tired to go to any of them and just ordered room service. The food was okay too.

The staff are efficient and polite. Right from the pick up driver to the bell boys to the management, everyone was very professional.

The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food and the buffet area is large and good.
