Experience review- Sprawling well maintained property. We stayed as a couple and the Stay was awesome. Breakfast buffet was super and lots of variety to choose between veg and non veg. Cost was reasonably good and very well affordable. Overall very nice place for relaxing and weekend’s gateways. Five star and recommended

I have attended a wedding ceremony here, decor is great as it is 5 star hotel but the wedding halls are complete mess.
Don't recommend it for wedding at all also the food was not like you're eating in a 5 star hotel.
I'm surprised how its is 5 star hotel

I had booked a family stay with great zeal and excitement as we did many times earlier before. The Radisson, Paschim Vihar branch was not upto the required standards. There were mosquitos in the room, the room service was very slow, there was neither a shower cap nor even a comb available. The moisture kept there was so ugly, it was full of lumps not even coming out properly even after trying so many times. The bath tub was unhygienic and dirty neither had water in the taps to use it. Instead they didn't even provided complimentary water bottles in the room. I booked a business class room mentioning complete details of us and my child specifically mentioning his age at the time of registration only but even then the hotel didn't gave any arrangements for his beddings by themselves. And when we requested them for the same. They refused to give the bedding for the child and insisting us to pay extra for it. It was extremely disappointing and disastrous stay.
