I am from Chandannagar, West Bengal. My son is the student of Kirorimal college (DU). SO I come Delhi two times in a year. When I come I stay PEARL PREMIUM HOMES. Everything is good here. Specially Manager is a very good person. He is to much gentleman. All the staff of this guest house is very good. Cleanness and decoration is attractive. Thanks to all staff of this guest house.

This is a premium guest house which lives up to its name "PEARL PREMIUM HOMES". During our last trip to Delhi we stayed here in this property (Located in Shakti Nagar main road) for 5 nights & 6 days, stayed in both the category rooms which are best + better option for an economical stay, in other words it's budget friendly with premium class rooms & this place was like a home away from home. Food can be ordered either through them or directly from ZOMATO/SWIGGY etc. OLA/UBER/Auto services are easily available at doorstep.

The owner of this property H.Garg Ji is available all the time for any kind of issue either in the office or over the phone, you will get quick response & always ready to attend the guests with utmost politeness/humbleness. Staff members are also caring & attending the guest quickly.

Overall it was a comfortable & hassle free stay.

Highly recommended for travelers who wish to have quality rooms/services & budget friendly stay in Delhi (North Campus)

A lovely home away from home with soft-spoken owner Mr. Harshul Garg taking care of every need of the guests. The place never gives the feeling of being away from home. The staff are well-mannered and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned every day. The location is superb and particularly helpful for families of students staying in DU North Campus colleges. Whenever we have to Delhi to be our daughter, Pearl Premium Homes have been the place to stay and remain so in the future.
