Worst Hotel I had ever stayed. A/c got switched off after some time, never to switch on again. No key provoded to the room. Room allotted in 2nd floor. But no lift was available. We spent an horrible night. Even water was not provided. Stagnation in Bath Room. Better not to advertise and lure gullible public.

It was the worst hotel experience ever. AC, TV, geyser, wifi, intercom telephone nothing was working. The bed sheetsband pillows were stinking. A wash basin inside the room had germs in it and was extremely unhygienic.. booked for two nights but had to check out after the first..

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Photos on their website was very flashy but in reality it’s a trap. AC, Gyser, tv nothing was operational and he charged more than what was advertised on the website, inspite of me telling that I called the oyo booking office and they quoted me 599 and this guy at the reception asked for 800, which is not acceptable. And on top of it, there is no provision of hot water, no soap in the washroom, and when I asked, he gave me a shampoo pouch. I was surprised that how OYO is treating their customers with these fake advertisements just to attract customers. They should not at all be rated. Bed was like dirty, burnt and spots on the bed sheet. It’s pathetic.
