Namaste, I have booked 10 days of Himachal Tour (Cab only Ex Delhi) from Magical India Holidays (20th Dec. - 30th Dec) covering Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie & Amritsar. Despite their offer was the highest one, i had opted their services based on online reviews. Below is my personal experience:
Cons: Most important, they are only booking agent takes booking and help/share travel itinerary (also book hotels if you required). Once booking is confirmed then they will tie-up with Taxi Operator for the actual travel. And surprisingly, the cab driver had no information about our itinerary and does not know who is Magical India Holidays. In short, there is no direct connection between the people to actually arrange your tours and Magical India.
I had customized my travel plan and included few places which are not standard. But got them clearly approved with Magical India. As expected, on the day of travel the driver refused to visit those places. After an hour of calls to Magical India Manager and others, the driver finally accepted to visit but with full of aggression and "nakhare".
During visit to Solang Vallley (Manali) again the same issue happened as driver refused to take the cab to Solang Valley and almost forced us to pay 3500 Rs for trip to Hamta (Manali) giving non-sense reason of traffic jam etc. Again after long heated argument he took the cab to "Green Bridge" place 3.5 from Solong Valley. During travel he understood that his lie about traffic jam etc is exposed as road as free.
Cab Driver again cancelled/refused to drive to Khajjar, Dalhouse despite another route option (with little extra kms) was available to reach there.
Cab Driver was mainly interested in commission on everything he was forcing us do including Paragliding, River Rafting, Snow Dress and Activity packages for Solang Valley, even asked us to cancel hotel bookings as he wanted us to stay in his referred hotels.
2. During 10 long days of journey No team member from Magical India Holidays followed-up about our travel after the vehicle was allotted.
3. As we have booked Hotels ourselves, the driver was always complaining about his stay arrangement whereas it was not our business to have any arrangement for driver stay.
Pros
As its kind of corporate company when we had issues, on contacted the customer care manager handled and resolved the issues. But you don't expect those itinerary related issues after agreeing on travel plan by both parties.

Zero ratings for this travel agency travel experience was worse than ever and all arrangements were not up to the mark and I suggest not to deal with this agency .. hus facility hotel facility and car cab facilities were bad.. and they do not answer your calls on time and never make amends for their wrong deeds..

I had Wonderful Experience With Magical India Holidays I was Booked Package From Magical india holidays, He Provide Me All Package With Good Service Like Hotel,Taxi,Complimentary Foods.All service was Provide Me that's is very good .I thankful to team magical india holiday's for provide me a wonder full trip....
