Very bad service...
Rooms are small but neat and clean..
Extra blanket provided.
Service is very bad... Asked for kettle , tea powder and it was provided only at morning breakfast time.

I am tour manager and travelled with 26 guests including kids. All the guests were happy till they stay here.

Need a manager there like arch plaza manager to deal with guests and provide good service.

Spacious rooms, a bit worn down and dusty if one looks closer. Bathroom was clean and large, the hotel provides soap, shampoo and moisturizer. It was January and it was cold, although the bigger problem was the noise coming from inside the hotel itself. Towels were fresh and clean, cannot say the same about duvet, pillow covers and bed sheet. The reception staff doesn't seem happy to see customers, but I haven't seen anything better in Delhi yet. Breakfast is nothing great. The hotel itself is located not on the main road, but very close to it; probably due to this outside noise was not that much concerning. The hotel can arrange taxis, and found it on par or cheaper compared to Uber.

From my experience, the hotel is typical of a 3 star.

ROOM: My room appeared to be recently renovated and was modern, spacious, and clean. The air conditioner took a little time to cool the room; once it was cool, it was comfortable. The bed, pillows, and bedding provided were good, though the fitted-sheet was well-worn.

SERVICE: Customer service at the hotel was OK, though a little unrefined at times. Most staff spoke English at an understandable level. Some seemed to be distracted by their mobile phones. Pre-booking email communication was very good and responses were prompt.

TRANSPORTATION: I asked the hotel to arrange airport transportation, a tour of Delhi (basically driven to certain tourist sites), and a trip to Agra so I could visit the Taj Mahal. The driver they provided was very pleasant. Their cars were basic and one of the three cars I was driven in had a weak air conditioning system - the other two were good. Be sure to ask for full disclosure of what is covered and what is not. Tour guides at location (i.e. Taj Mahal, Red Fort) are extra, but in my opinion, worthwhile.

FOOD: The hotel restaurant food was good, though I preferred to order room service. The actual restaurant was small and had limited seating. Breakfast at the restaurant was basic but OK. Pricing is reasonable for the quality and service provided.

OTHER: The hotel asks guests to enter their name, information, and signature into a large book. While this may be normal locally, westerners will find it unusual from a data-integrity and privacy perspective. One of the questions is your AGE - again, perhaps normal locally but westerners may find it intrusive, especially since they can determine this themselves after checking a passport! Where they ask for a signature, there are no terms and conditions to which one is signing - just a field in the 'big book' that asks for your signature.

For those who want economical, clean accommodation close to the airport, this hotel is worth considering. Just expect some unrefined touches.
