Appalling Public amenities in Himachal Bhawan.

Background: I write about my recent visit to Himachal Bhawan in Connaught Place, New Delhi. During this visit I urgently needed to use your toilet facilities. friendly staff kindly directed me to the staff amenities. I was appalled and disgusted to witness the awful conditions. Majority of their staff are females and I feel as an employer it is their utmost responsibility to provide employees with clean, healthy and conducive work environment and that starts from the toilets.

I am a proud Himachali, who has been boasting my cultural, ethical and cleanliness values abroad for past 30 years. Their facilities proved me wrong that day.

I request officials to take actions and escalate this further and not get into bureaucratic rigmarole

Himanchal Emporium is one of the Emporiums in Baba Kharak Singh Marg, Cannaught Place, New Delhi, where many such State Emporiums of various States of India are located.
Handlooms and Handicrafts of Himanchal are available here. Besides that artefacts and apple from Himanchal Pradesh are also available for sale.
Ambience and decor good.
Staff good and cooperative .
Car Parking available nearby.
