The golds gym is recently taken over by cult.fit so the place is renovated much cleaner then before and the equipment are also well maintained. A good place to workout for cult pro members. It’s located on the main road just opposite the karkardooma food complex.

This golds gym branch really serves Pathetic services to their members. I have been going to this gym since 3 months but in the past 1.5 months this gym has just made me quit my workout due to their poor services in terms of personal training. When you try to intimate the matter to the management you definitely not going to have any solution and the PT trainer will try to abuse you physically & verbally. Still the management didn’t showed any responsibility. This is My suggestion to other female’s friends that -Do not take PT trainings there with mr Dinesh.
