Really had a excellent trip to Turkey with my son where Flip trip holidays services were fantastic. Special thanks to Swati Kaur Kapoor, our trip organiser. She is very nice, cooperative and also good human being, were available at dot time, whenever needed. I will like to plan all my future trips with them.All the best to Swati and her team.

I recently booked a trip from Fliptrip to Turkey and had the pleasure of working with Swati Kaur Kapoor. I must say it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, Swati was incredibly approachable and went above and beyond to ensure that my travel arrangements were smooth and hassle-free.

One aspect that truly stood out was Swati's exceptional availability. No matter the time or day, she was always there to promptly address my queries and concerns about the Visa, itinerary, accommodations, hot air balloon ride etc. Her quick response time and willingness to assist made me feel supported and assured throughout the planning process. She made sure that my itinerary was well organised till my airport drop back.

During my trip, everything went seamlessly. From accommodation to transportation arrangements, everything was organized flawlessly, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the beauty of Turkey without any worries. I was able to explore the vibrant streets of Istanbul, marvel at the ancient ruins in Ephesus, and enjoy the dreamy hot air ballon ride at Cappadoccia , all thanks to Fliptrip and Europamundo’s (Fliptrip’s Europe contact) meticulous arrangements. Our English speaking guide Erman, made the experience so much better by taking us through the history of Turkey and some stories that came along with it.

The hotels were good, and would work the best for single/couples. It can get a little tight for a family of 3 with extra bed. The food’s decent but vegetarians might have difficulty in finding more vegetarian options other than salads. All in all it was a good experience.

We used the services of Flip Trip Holidays for planning our trip to Istanbul. Swati Kapoor from Flip Trip Holidays helped us select excellent hotel and arranged for tours in Istanbul and Bursa. What an incredible well organized, amazing, and beautifully well-rounded arranged trip! From getting picked up at the airport to getting dropped off at the airport--every detail is taken cared of! We enjoyed the whole tour which memorable visits includes Bosporus dinner cruise, blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, Egypt Bazar, Grand Bazar, Hippodrome, Istanbul tulip festival (Emirgan Park) etc. Tour to Bursa was special as we encountered unexpected snowfall. We were grateful to have such a nice experience without any issues. Thank you, Swati Kapoor and flip trip, holidays-until our next trip with you!
