Not maintained at all, dust allover. Dogs and people urinating in the park. Gardner merely water the plants. No RWA to keep watch or look after the park.

Nice little park with walking track and swings for children. There are a lot of trees and plants.

A nice park to take an evening walk. But like everywhere in Delhi, there are a lot of people walking the track. So you have to squeeze every few meters to let others pass on the narrow walking track. It is but a big park. It used to be a Dear park around two decades back, with deers and rabbits and some birds in the enclosures. The mini zoo still has those bird cages and duck ponds, now redundant though. Walking here is better that not walking at all.
I won't be but comfortable sending my girl alone as I seen unsocial elements fooling around in one of the corners of the park. They come from the JJ cluster of Dilshad Garden. There must be a bit more of lighting and police presence for the park to be safe for all. And yes, I am afraid there is no upkeep of the bushes and grass and trees as there is no trace of pruning and grass cutting in the park.
