I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I would like to provide a comprehensive review of my experience. Overall, I had a positive stay with several noteworthy aspects.

Firstly, the customer service was exceptional. The staff members were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They displayed a genuine willingness to assist and promptly addressed any queries or requests I had. Their professionalism and dedication greatly contributed to the overall satisfaction of my stay.

In terms of accommodations, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The cleanliness standards were commendable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a pleasant and hygienic environment. The bed was cozy, providing a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of high quality.

The hotel's location was also advantageous. Its central position allowed for convenient access to various attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. This made exploring the city hassle-free and added value to the overall experience.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. Located near the Rajiv Gandhi cancer hospital is nice if you want to visit patients there. For the rest the area is not great. It is located near a metro station. But overall our stay here was amazing! My compliments to the staff. And don't forget the sports facilities, worth a visit ! And so are the wonderful restaurants!

I'm running out of words to describe how incredible my experience was at this absolutely dreamy hotel. Not really my first time here but celebrating my birthday was one of the best decisions. The hospitality , location , service, aura , the soft gazal along with top notch dinner and absolutely beautiful decor made this special day more special.
Special Mention: Cake was too good to be true.
