I stayed at Cozy Grand for 1 night. I felt the rooms are overpriced but I totally loved their exceptional service. They immediately make you feel comfortable, take care of anything you ask for. I was supposed to move to a different hotel after my check out and my booking was cancelled at the last min, the Cozy Grand management team helped me search the hotels and even offered me a room in their hotel at a discounted rate. I was very stressed because of the cancellation,they saw that and called people in their network and finally after an hour due to their efforts i was able to book a hotel. They even offered me coffee etc throughout the time I was waiting in their premises. A big thank you to the team ????

Rooms are too small and congested. They have made two rooms out of one.

Wifi service is pathetic and mobile internet wont work in most of the places. So you cant work from here

They say complimentary breakfast. But it will have only 5-6 items out of which 1-2 are eatable.

Only positive point is its near to most of the embassies. But u can check other hotels in same area

After a long flight (16hours) I needed a comfortable sleep to kick start my next day. And boy, they delivered !

The Gaurd carried my luggage from the taxi. Checkin was quick. Nice shower and amazing food. Frankly my expansions from food were moderate, but it was surprisingly delicious. Rooms are very comfortable, not hugely spacious though. But they have everything one needs and works as it’s supposed to be.
Most importantly the beds are clean and comfortable.

Shout out to the staff. They helped me explain how to use TV and other appliances. Connected wifi (good speed).

It’s very close to the road, buses and metro and yet very SILENT. Loved my stay (1night)
