I recently had the pleasure of dining at Biryani Blues in Subhash Nagar, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience! As a biryani aficionado, I have tasted biryanis from various places, but this restaurant truly stands out from the rest.

First and foremost, the ambiance of Biryani Blues is charming and inviting. The interior is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped in.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the biryani. Biryani Blues undoubtedly serves some of the most exceptional biryanis I have ever tasted. The flavors were rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. The long-grain Basmati rice was cooked to perfection, each grain separate and fragrant. The tender and succulent meat, whether chicken or mutton, was cooked with precision, allowing the spices to infuse thoroughly. The biryani was accompanied by raita, salan, and a boiled egg, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Apart from their signature biryanis, Biryani Blues also offers an extensive menu with a variety of delectable appetizers, curries, and desserts. The Chicken 65 and Hyderabadi Dum Chicken were exceptionally delicious and flavorful. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we left the restaurant with satisfied appetites.

Wen it comes to authentic biryani
I personally loved the paneer 65 and aloo 65
With paneer biryani
Gulab jamun is yummy too
Overall great choice with perfect packaging

I was a fan of their biryani but past few times my experience wasn’t quite good especially at their Pacific Mall Subhash Nagar outlet.. Their taste has also been compromised. In-dining service is very slow too.. Hope they work on their service and food too..
