First of all, the behaviour was pathetic. Bloody uneducated people. Then the condition of room was untidy and so bad. Their blanket was smelling like a hell. The huge amount of dust underneath the bed. No AC remote, No TV, Tap inside the bathroom continuously dripping. And suddenly at 200 am a bloody drunken man tapping the door without any reason. I mean what the hell? And, in the morning when I leave the room the reception asks me for Rs.168 in the name of GST...The rent of my room was already 1400/- which cannot even worth!
I was so angry that time on that bloody people, somehow I control my anger. If in my hands the situation I should shut that pathetic Basant Guest House.

Pathetic Experience, Abusive Behaviour not maintaining the customer quality, They are Scammers don't ever go there..... I lost 3500 in just for 30 min.. After abusive behaviour i left and went in other hotel nearby. I got nothing.. For just waste of money.. Don't ever go there..
