It's conveniently located on a walking distance from a terminal arrival building of igi Delhi airport.

Their staff is well experienced, attentive, polite and always ready to help.

The place has very good services and hospitality. It stay clean and hygiene is always well maintained.

Such a bad experience I had when i came from far away. The staff is very rude . The room boys simply keep on coming to room for money ( tips) even if you take your luggage yourself. They keep on ringing the calling bell until you give them tip. Then the second person come. When i finally reported this to the reception, i understood it's a mafia. They started moving against me.
A lesson learned. Parking is also an issue. Before booking they behaved nice, once booking is over they show their true color. Always try to consider any other hotel if you want peace of mind and privacy. Thanks

The staff members are friendly and helpful and that is the only positive aspect of this hotel. The photos do not match the reality: small rooms with a depressive vibe.
Hot water is available after half an hour of opening the tap. During our stay in winter, hot water was not at all available in one room. So all of us had to use one bathroom. A small piece of soap, a bottle of something and a toilet roll is all there in the bathroom. No complimentary Bisleri water. I have stayed in many hotels. This hotel was an eye-opener for my family.
We saw a lady of African origin leave the hotel because it was not up to her taste.
Breakfast facility is not included which is a big negative factor. We were told if we stay in Deluxe room, breakfast will be complimentary. For 4 of us, we ordered 2 plates of breakfast only. My daughter had terrible nausea after eating the food from the hotel. They charged us Rs 200 for a soiled towel which is fair
only.
I give it a rating of 3 out of 10. I do not look forward to stay in this hotel during our next visit and I do not recommend it for others. However, people are free to choose.
