We have booked a trip to Maldives through A Plus. It was organised in Sun Island Resort. The service of A Plus was excellent, with all support provided. Our journey including immigration and local transfer was smooth and hassle free. Resort was also excellent. We really had fun time.

I got reference from multiple people but my experience was not that good.
The major issue was the communication. There was no coordination between the teams managing my package. The most painful point was not getting responses from anyone in the team for any query. I had to ask everything multiple times still they used to see messages and ignore till the time you escalate it to the owner. It was disappointing experience after paying a very good amount for my trip. For my honeymoon, a family room was booked for me which was waste for me. The driver who was supposed to take us from our villa in Bali to airport didn't reach on time and no one from the delhi team helped directly. I had to coordinate with chauffer directly and with some guy in Bali. We reached airport just at the very last moment.
Even after the trip ended I had to ping multiple times to get the invoice for which I didn't get any response till date and it's been more than a month now.

The most painful was not getting responses to your queries and ignoring the requests.
