Yesterday I visited this hotel with my family. I have to say hands down this was the best hotel experience i have got in daman from the past 13 years. The food was amazing, the delivery was nice and fast. The hotel staff was the best, they were extremely polite, courteous and helpful. When i was trying to take food myself from the serving plate one of them instantly came up to help serve the food. An amazing Experience.
The ambience of this hotel is amazing. You can visit here with a small family or your s/o. Thye have seating arrangements for 2/4/6/8 table and it is sea facing with amazing wind and the place is calm without much of loud music.
The food is Tasty, the only problem i faced yesterday was that in the delivery of Sizzlers they were a bit slow but that was compensated by the view of the beach around.
An awesome experience, I would definitely suggest this place for eating or even stay.

One of the big names in the hotels for food and has one of the worst customer service. I went there for an anniversary dinner with another couple and had carried a water bottle (pure chilled water) from outside as there were kids as well with us. The manager told us that I can't have my kids or any of the members use that water in the hotel and forced me to purchase a bottle of water from them. They consider pure water as an outside beverage to be brought from outside and as per their so called hotel policy no one should be allowed to carry even water from outside and has to purchase water from their hotel only. This is so pathetic and the worst policy of any hotel I have ever seen. No hotel should force their customer to purchase a thing like water when they are selling at exorbitant rates. When I asked about their SOP they are showing me a policy that no outside alcoholic beverage are allowed. I understand that policy but policy to mot consume the water you are caring is so pathetic and disgusting.

Food there was mouth watering, staff were Quiet Friendly, well managed and attractive infrastructure, Services were given well by the co-workers...!!
We need to wait a little because FOOD SERVED there is FRESHLY Prepared...
IF YOU DO WANNA ENJOY YUMMY FOOD don't look for Price listed of that particukar Dish...!!
Its Worthy to wait there and having dinner...!!
