Location is very nice with ample parking space. And initially you will feel that it's a great hotel. But once you have booked & settled you will start noticing that it's not a clean place and that you have paid way too much. The mattresses are not clean & having a typical smell, bathrooms have leaking taps & even the lamps were not working. Room service is acceptable. Food quality is average dont go for chicken bullet its the worst thing i have tested

Was gonna visit 2nd time considering my past great experience there but this time Pathetic hotel management they take verbal bookings on call for you but if you cant show up to 11 am on the day of booking your bookings are cancelled and they will not even pick up your call seeing the same number of booking and will tell you that they we’re busy etc, this is why people like these cant build up a brand name for themselves this shows that money matters most to them not the customers! Anyways thanks for not letting us check in we still got one of the best properties of daman in cheapest rate!

Place is good enough according to locality near devka beach. The prices are high during weekends alot higher 30 percent than normal rates.The rooms are not so clean and the washrooms are pathetic.Pool is good enough.The food rates on a higher side. The morning complimentary breakfast is not good at all except bread butter nothing tastes good. Overall not satisfied with food and rooms.
