In 2015 I purchased on diamond earrings. When today I went to pcj jewellers bilaspur branch to get it exchange with some other jewelry. First of all they said they want old receipt of purchase for it. I said we don't have as it was purchased 8 years early. I asked them to fetch my details with name and number, but they said they only have one year of database and for old database they have to mail to there headquarter to get information and it will take 2-3 days. Later they called me and said that there headquarter didn't find any information with my name and number. Now scenario is that without bill we can't sell or exchange pcj diamond jewelry and it's just a piece of stone. Look like some type of fraud is going-on in pcj. Please don't by diamond jewelry from pcj.

It's caratlane from tanishq. Not pc jewellery. It's a product of tata business. I bought my engagement ring from here. Beautiful collections of diamond and gold. Sharing some pictures
